Gabriele Keraite is the Director of Research and Innovation at Metis Baltic, with extensive experience in managing dissemination, communication, and exploitation strategies for European Commission-funded research and innovation projects. In her leadership role, Gabriele combines strategic oversight with strong people management and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment for impactful project outcomes. Her educational background in  Production and Manufacturing Engineering, with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, supports her technical insight, enabling her to effectively engage stakeholders and enhance project visibility.

Recognized for her precision and reliability, Gabriele highly values continuous learning and personal growth. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she has played handball since childhood and stays actively involved in various athletic pursuits, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, and fitness. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her dynamic and energetic approach, shapes both her professional and personal life.
