ADACORSA is an ambitious project committed to enhancing European technology, with the vision of integrating drones as a safe and efficient part of the mobility landscape, particularly in beyond-visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations.

The mission of ADACORSA is multifaceted; it seeks to exploit the immense potential of BVLOS drone operations, boost public and regulatory approval of drone use, and fuse the automotive and drone industries in a seamless manner. The project plans to reduce deployment costs by utilizing cutting-edge sensing technology from the automotive industry and leveraging commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) communication technologies and services. Furthermore, an automotive-style methodology is to be employed for the efficient production of components and subsystems.
