Open Discovery Space tackled the numerous hurdles encountered in European e-learning, including user and platform interaction, resource sharing, and co-creation of resources by communities of educators, students, and their families, among others.
The initiative resulted in a platform providing complimentary access to over 800,000 educational resources across Europe.
The University of Gastronomic Sciences contributed to the project by developing educational resources and teaching materials rooted in the research and critical restoration of the life narratives that constitute the “Granaries of Memory”.
